"My little ones have been enrolled at this school since last June. In all honesty this school started off as a rollercoaster for us but I am so incredibly happy to report that the recent transition to a STABLE staff has been a life changing experience for my little ones. Having a curriculum of various activities, finally getting a stable round of staff, organizing fun and exciting events for the little ones, as well as working on building extracurricular activities into their schedule … all have contributed to my kids absolutely loving the idea of attending school. Take a look at this adorable Valentines tea party they hosted for the kids! This is a representation of the caliber pinnacle has now turned into. Thank you to everyone for your hard work! Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Angel, my baby girl will forever love & trust you; Ms. Amy, you made my little one love going to school to LEARN and not just socialize, and Ms. Nancy, you provided these kids the much needed structure bundled with compassion. So thank you everyone!"

"I can't express enough how wonderful the staff At Pinnacle Montessori are !! They made it easy for us to leave our child in the care of someone else during our work week . The smile on our daughters face at pick up says it all. Ms. Gigi & Ms .Haley are wonderful ,They take such good care of our toddler and go above and beyond to provide detailed notes of how her day went. Front staff are so helpful and informative on day to day operations and upcoming events. I would highly recommend giving Mrs .Nancy or Ms .Yolanda a call to set up an appointment for a tour ."

"It has been a great year for our 2 year old daughter. Her teacher always greets us at the front door every morning with a smile. We get updates about her day and her needs through the new Compass Montessori app system. The teacher follows a daily lesson plan and we receive a work folder with her crafts weekly."

"Sending our kids to this school is BY FAR the worst mistake we have made as parents. It’s unprofessional, has very high teacher turn over, and completely ignored my 4 yr-old kid for 1-3 hours/day as he sat by a door and cried. He was treated as a burden every day, and he regressed a lot because of it. He would come home saying he is scared and alone, and I understand why after seeing the video feed every day. The 1st day at drop off, we were told to go to a specific classroom, but when we got there, the teacher said she had too many kids, so she couldn't take him. Right out the gate indicated she didn’t want him in her class. Within **6 weeks** he had 3 different teachers. A totally unstable environment for preschool kids. The new director, brought it to our attention that our child was acting out, but for whatever reason, decided to do it in the most unprofessional and ugly way possible. Instead of pulling us aside and having private conversations approached from a place of grace and compassion for our child, she would talk about our child’s struggles and make accusations, saying we need to take him to a pediatrician because something “is definitely going on” in front of all of the other parents at drop off. No accountability or acknowledgement that the unstable, tumultuous environment was affecting our child. Instead she insisted that something was wrong with him. We couldn’t stomach leaving our children in an environment where that new director was in place. The thought of it literally felt gross, so we pulled both of our kids out. Since leaving Pinnacle, our 4 yr-old is returning to his happy-go-lucky self and is flourishing -- but he still has a ways to go after the number this school did to him. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!"

"This was the absolute worst day care experience I’ve ever had. I enrolled my child a month and half in advance to start on 6/15 since it has been so hard to find child care for a two year old. I go in to take him for his first day and find out that someone dropped the ball and never input his information in the system. I gave the new daycare director proof of my conversations with the previous director and was met with a “not my problem” attitude. Did not even receive an apology for the entire situation. Such an unprofessional way of handling it all. Will definitely be taking my child elsewhere for child care."
