"This place is awful. My wife and I took our daughter in today because she had a fever of 104⁰, and immediately the staff said they couldn't do anything to help. A nurse named Jesse was rude, inconsiderate, and refused (several times) to conduct any tests to give my wife and I any idea of why our 10 year old daughter was running such a high fever. I thought working in a place like this required applicable credentials, medical knowledge, and a little thing called common sense. Lots of people (including my wife and I) know that a fever of 104⁰ is a medical emergency and should be treated as such. Jesse showed absolutely zero empathy, regard, and respect, for my daughter as a patient, and my wife and I as concerned parents. I'm not sure if Jesse was treated this way with her children at one point in time, but a person of Jesse's (lack of) character and integrity being a nurse is a direct slap in the face to those in the medical field who are truly there for patient care. Dr. Sanders shared the same sentiment as Jesse, and I cannot believe this facility trusts her with the care of it's patients. I would ask both Jesse and Dr. Sanders to imagine if their 10 year old daughter received the half-hearted level of care they provided to my daughter earlier today, and ask them how they felt afterwards. They are both a disgrace to your medical facility and I hope this gets back to their superiors."

"Very long hold times every time I call. Missed a call and they asked me to call them back regarding an appointment confirmation. They answered and immediately asked to place me on hold and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I ended up just hanging up. Absolutely ridiculous to ask someone to call you back and then expect them to wait that long"

"Love the kids doctors and staff is friendly. Doctor always takes the time to get all my questions answered or address any concerns. Giving 4 stars because it is really hard to get my kids in when they are sick, have had to take them to urgent care on multiple occasions."

"If I could I’d put zero stars the staff are rude and disrespectful, went in to see the ortho for my son who is 6, and when we got there the staff woman yelled at me and my son, saying the dr was not in. They said they called me but I only received one call and when I tried calling them back they played dumb acting like they couldn’t tell me why they called. So I traveled 1 hour to this location and they turned me and my son away, yelled at my in front of my son right when we walked in, no hello I’m sorry ma’am dr isn’t in. Just yelling. Then they got my reschedule date wrong and had to miss another appointment. This was in room 309 3rd floor . They also made me feel stupid cause when this lady yelled at me they all laughed and thought it was a good time. This is supposed to be a welcoming place for children and staff act disgusting, seriously never going back, they certainly made this dr little look bad if this is her staff."

"My children's nurse and pediatrician are excellent! However, I can never get an appointment anymore. The last 6 times my kids have been sick I've been sent to Urgent Care. They won't see both of my children when ill so if I do manage to get an appointment I still send up at urgent care for the other child. Even well visits can take two weeks to get an appointment for. At this point feels like our local urgent care is their PCP."
