"I came in during my lunch break and Auggie was there to assist me. He got me in and out quickly enough but didn't once try to over sell me products but listened to what was needed to fit my needs. I started second guessing my choice since this was a bed for my daughter and he invited me to come back in with her anytime before the bed was supposed to be delivered so she could test it out herself. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely customer oriented. I didn't feel pressured to buy something on the spot and will definitely be going back when I'm ready to upgrade our king bed."

"Factory mattress has moved!!! A few feet away, across the little parking lot. Augie was super friendly and helpful. I was dreading this day, shopping for a mattress. 12 years ago was the last time and we ended up returning the first mattress within 30 days so I've been nervous to shop and pick the wrong mattress again. I wasn't looking forward to the hassle. However Augie introduced us to their new computer technology that examines your body pressure points. You lay down and the mattress adjusts and suggested a short list of mattress options. Augie showed us 3 and we loved the first one. He shared his fave but it wasn't ours and he wasn't pushy at all!!! I loved that!!! We also weren't planning on buying today but their great deals and clearance options, we ended up buying a new smaller mattress for our teenager too. We tried pillows and fell in love with those too. Augie is still moving in to their new location but it didn't stop him from showing us everything we needed to see, even the adjustable base! Very cool but maybe a purchase for the future."
