"The motel does not offer hair dryer, shampoo nor other essentials. Beds are the worst, super small. The room is very small itself if you open the bathroom door you cannot open the front door. No closet. No drawers to store anything. If it rains there’s puddles of water at ever entrance. The train tracks are located behind so trains all night n super loud. Other than the the staff is very nice."

"I have an amazing experience The Owner. She is amazing. She accommodated me very well. My tractor is in the shop around the corner and I have two little Chihuahuas. They accommodated me very well and they were very patient with me when it come to my checkout time because I was waiting to see if my truck was gonna be finished by the time check out was going to be but they weren’t so they gave me until 12 for my special situation which was very kind of them. All of the staff is amazing and I enjoyed my stay the room is very clean. It smells very good when you enter the lobby and in the hallways And their pet friendly that’s why I absolutely love it. The bathroom and shower was clean I would definitely recommend staying here especially all my truck drivers that Hass to have their truck in the shop at Volvo. There is a few spaces where you can park your bobtail."

"Horribly rude general manager. She should not be in the field of management with such a problem towards good people. Her and one cleaning lady will also listen to you outside your door even if you are a quiet person using headphones, blamed for things you didnt do just so she can talk to you like scum, and even try to raise your rates. The apoligietic attitude of these review replies is that exact opposite of how she really is. You were warned!"

"I’m 7/8ths speechless reviewing my stay !!! The room was clean, smelt like cigarettes, I Do not smoke !!! Asked for a handicapped room, was told they don’t have any, but we have a elevator, ok I was literally given the furthest away from the front door, no grab bars in the bathroom, I thought they were required by law ? Guess not !!! The toilet didn’t work, it need new insides, or something. When I reported the toilet, he sent housekeeping, we discovered the water turned off to The toilet, I turned it back On, thought all was good NOPE !!!! Every time it was used had to mess with it to get the water to flow and fill the tank !!! ( they new that toilet was fuged up, they still rented the room) I should have just left it full for housekeeping, but I didn’t I Continually messed with it to flush it. Here’s the big one, NO USB PORT PERIOD IN THE FACILITY TO CHARGE A GUESTS PHONE !! $29 at Lowe’s you can buy a plug that wires into your plug, this is 2023 every room should have a USB PLUG !!! When I callled the front desk I was basically told oh well so sad sucks to be you !!! I literally had to Borrow one from another guest, to charge my phone enough to call a Uber to take me to T-Mobile to Buy a USB port !!! If your in a pinch and need a room it’s clean !!!! Other than that I’d stay away !!! It’s close to the freightliner dealer, and it’s clean, only 2 good things about it !!"
