"This location used to be my favorite due to how friendly and courteous the staff was. Providers were always upbeat, quick, and very attentive. During my visit yesterday the front desk seemed to be a bit distracted with emailing on their phones regarding a personal matter. We arrived at a non peak time and didn’t have any patients in front of us which was great! Our nurse was awesome ! He made my daughter comfortable and was very sweet to her during her swab. However, the 7 minutes that we were told our result would take resulted in us being there for 2.5 hrs. Provider then came in for two minutes to tell us that she’s calling in meds and sent us on our way. I don’t even recall her touching or even really examining anything on my child. Overall service has certainly changed a bit here."

"There was nothing “urgent” about the front desk. I was there with my sick 2 year old as a walk-in before they opened so that we could be the first into the clinic. They didn’t unlock the door until 3 minutes after they were supposed to open because some of the staff had gone to pick up food from Panda Express. I could see others inside behind the counter for 20 minutes before that. Once the doors were unlocked, the woman at the front desk informed me that I might have to wait awhile since I didn’t have an appointment and the next available appointment was 2.5 hours later. I pointed out that there was no else there. The next patient to arrive wasn’t there until 20 minutes after I got there, and I still had to wait a total of 30 minutes before being called back - again, with no other patients there at all. Once called back, the doctor was great, but the front desk leaves much to be desired. I felt my sick child and I were completely unimportant to them as there was nothing “urgent” about being seen."

"We came here to get our 6 month old checked out at a precautionary measure. We checked in online an hour before our time slot. Upon arrival the urgent care was very bare not a lot of comfortable seating. They didn’t have the proper equipment to take basic medical information for babies it took 10 min to get his pulse oxygen and heart rate. We waiting in the back room for over an hour and by the time the nurse practitioner came in she didn’t have any of her equipment and repeatedly left the room to grab things. The establishment was also very ghetto not cleanly. I don’t know why this place has good reviews but judging on the clientele it seems pretty low on the bar. We will not be coming back by far the worst experience we’ve had at a pediatric facility."

"It sucks. There's a balance on my kids account that shouldn't be there. I wasn't informed until I showed for the appointment, and they were nice about it but I had to explain to my kid why we had to find another option for them. When I called to address the balance no answer just that they ate having high calls, and I got a message that I should get a call back within 2 to 3 business days. I really liked this clinic but price gouging may be an end to a 5 star experience."

"The many times we have gone to the Urgent care for kids - Hulen or Mansfield we've been lucky to see the same provider! The experience at both location has been great so far! The providers that we've seen are pretty thorough and on top very caring with us, the staff has been great. I highly recommend either locations. The online appointment has been really convenient for me and have not had any issues using it and pretty accurate to appointment time. But with any urgent care especially pediatric urgent care we know appointment time can run a little behind."
