"Waste of my time and money!!!! I receive free RediMed virtual service but decided to physically go into White Settlement CareNow to be seen with the hopes of receiving a thorough exam because I was having severe burning of the stomach but NO the doctor rushed in, asked maybe 3 questions and wrote 2 prescriptions and was GONE! NO bloodwork, NO urinalysis... NOTHING!!! I did not feel like a valued patient/customer at all. A day later after using both of the prescriptions without any relief I called back up to the White Settlement CareNow and was quickly transferred to the nurse line in which I left a detailed message regarding the prescriptions not working and to date (7 days later) I have not received any correspondence back. I want a refund of my copay!! This place is a joke!!!"
"The clinic is awesome! I checked in around 11:30 and remind you- it’s the day after Christmas so I knew it would be busy. They got me in quicker than planned and when I got there I got seen almost immediately. From the front staff to the very last person I met, everyone was great!"
"When I first arrived it was 9:38 am I was told 40 minutes. At 10:15 I was told maybe an hour and I could go to my car and wait and they would call when it was time. At 11:33 I called them and was told oh yeah you can come in now. At 12:20 I was still in the lobby. I was finally seen and given instructions to call up there by the doctor if needed. It’s two days later I’ve called and left messages and have not had one return call. I will never spend a dime at this place again and definitely won’t take a sick loved one here."
