"I’ve been very grateful to Ms. Freda for her care of my baby, who is in the infant room. He’s been there since he was 8 or 9 weeks and he has been treated very well. She and the other teachers are attentive and caring of him. They have kept me updated, too, which I deeply appreciate. The director, Ms. Andrea, is also very kind and professional. All the teachers are friendly and always smiling. I’m comforted by knowing they genuinely care about the children. Ms. Freda is especially passionate about keeping the infants safe and happy, which I find comforting."

"We have been taking our daughter here since she was 6 weeks old and can’t express enough how the entire Kindercare staff has essentially been an extension of our family. The director and assistant director Ms. Andrea and Ms. Jasmine are incredibly kind, professional, and most importantly their communication style is transparent and comforting creating an incredibly trusting environment. My daughter started in the infant room with Ms. Freda and Ms. Ziah who always ensured our daughter was well taken care of, enriched, and loved how they always had a story for us when we came to get our daughter from that day. They made me feel like I didn’t miss out when I already felt the guilt of going back to work. Ms. Freda was also incredibly helpful when I asked her my anxiety-induced first time momma questions. I’m forever grateful for her tips and guidance as I navigated being a new mom. Our daughter “graduated” to the toddler room earlier this year where she is now with Ms. Ashley and I am AMAZED at how she runs her classroom. My husband and I call her the toddler whisperer because every morning we walk in all the students are sitting perfectly in their chairs, happily playing together with the activity she laid out for the day. We have noticed since she’s been in her classroom her speech and helpful heart have been blossoming that I know would have not been without the help of Ms. Ashley. Ms. Ashley teaches kindness and thoughtfulness to her students and it shows when we sneak in to pick up our daughter and watch her before she notices us, she plays well with her classmates, helps with clean up, and listens well to her teacher. I will always appreciate the thoughtfully regimented style of how Ms. Ashley runs her classroom that instills routine and respect for others but is still fun and allows our kiddos to be their silly little selves in a safe environment that is fundamental to these first years of their lives. I love and trust that my daughter is going to have so many positive experiences from this Kindercare facility that will follow her into adulthood as they help us lay the foundation to who she will be as a person."
