"I have to say that the staff here was super friendly and very accommodating. In our first room, the AC wasn't working, so they immediately gave us a new room. We also decided to check out a day early, and they were so understanding and refunded the one night, and also they were ok with a late checkout time, with no additional fees. Thumbs up from me!"

"I debated on writing a review because I'm not a parent so I could be over critical on the noise portion.. The hotel is extremely unique in regards to the entrance/lobby. It's really great visually. Also, it has a bigger eating area and great outdoor pool, plus a spacious room for two queens. However, you could hear children from all different families (ages small to maybe 12) running and screaming up and down the halls all day and night (up to 10pm), and screaming at the pool. You could also hear children screaming (not babies) in our room from doors down. I feel like you can hear everything. Again, I'm not a parent so maybe it was just me being extra. Plus, I know this hotel will have kids with it being so close to dinasour world so I get it. The other thing was customer service. On our first day we encountered two different ladies.. one afternoon and one late shift. Both ladies seemed very unimpressed and bothered that we were checking in or buying something. To the point that it prompted me doing a review of how bad the customer service was. It was very off-putting and bothered me more than the children. The hotel is older, in a great location, clean, safe, and child friendly. *wink*"

"Nice hotel in a great little town. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Pool situated so that it's not as loud to customers in their rooms. Great Mexican restaurants just down the road. Just ask the staff and they'll point you in the right direction. Free hot breakfast and good coffee is a bonus for travelers. Quaint with a western flare. I always enjoy a Best Western stay."

"This hotel was a surprise over and over with how clean and friendly it was. All over an amazing experience! The staff turned out to be so kind and helpful. Breakfast was hot and yummy as well! The pools were clean, and there are nice porches for enjoying outside. If I could rate it a 10/10 I would!!"
