"Never been here! But I begged them to take my child even tho they take his medical coverage and are excepting new patients, they won’t take my son. my son is with cooks in Fort Worth but they don’t have time for him so we wanted to stay with cooks and have a doctor closer to home that has time for him, but this office won’t even take him. They say they only take a certain number of patients with his type of medical care I can’t get my son in to see his pcp in cooks Fort Worth because they are too busy and this office refuses to take him as a patient! The lady I spoke with was actually very rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain how sick he has been and it’s urgent he sees a doctor, she said sorry… click. I used to think the world of cooks but I don’t recommend at all after negative experiences with more then One office"

"My kiddos and I love the whole team! The office staff is always so nice and helpful. They even have a great sense of humor! We've seen Dr. Steinman and Missy and they are both wonderful to us. My twins love the nurses and actually get excited when Elisha calls them back to the room. Im so glad I found them right when we moved to Granbury."
"Horrible. My son has gone almost 2 years with having an issue pooping and the male doctor did nothing about it, all he kept saying was that he would figure out how to poop on his own. My son would go 2 weeks without pooping until he would finally poop. And by then it was roughly 8" long and the diameter of a half dollar coin. I kept fighting the doctor on it saying something was wrong and he proceeded to tell me my son was fine. Well we moved out of state and went to a new doctor who referred us to a Gastroenterologist and that doctor did an x ray on his belly and he has a huge blockage rock that is the amount of Poop for 2 weeks that is rock hard and very big around which is why he hasn't been able to have a BM. I will never be recommending this place for ANYONE!"
