"First night room had a rodent infestation active rats in the room rat piss and feces all over room and bathroom literally seen rats scurrying around the room refrigerator filthy carpets disgusting place to stay. Had to bunk with a coworker Second night new room smelled like human piss roaches in the entertainment center filthy carpets bathroom walls disintegrating This place is trash looks great from the outside but needs to be completely renovated inside slap some paint on the outside but inside roach infestation with active rat infestation inside stay the hell away from this place"
"The service is horrendous! The Hispanic lady supervisor is nothing but vindictive! I complained to them about the housekeeping not cleaning my room even though I was told to leave so they could clean. I left for work and came back hours later, and my room still wasn't cleaned. I told the lady, and she told the rest of her crew not to clean my room anymore for almost a month! I literally have to ask them for new bedsheets and towels every single week! I will not recommend staying here for even a single day. The headaches are not worth the price they're charging!!!"
"DON'T STAY HERE!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! They will charge you for 2 days, even when you stay for 1. Then when you try to get your money back, they claim that you "made the room smell, so no refund""!! The whole place smells! And I think they have BED BUGS!!!!"
"Ravi was incredibly helpful during my stay. There were several times when I needed assistance, and he responded quickly with a solution every time. When I couldn’t figure out how to get the AC machine back on at 3 am, he answered the phone and came to fix it right away. He was very kind and patient. Good customer service"
