"My company puts us in Holiday Inns constantly but this has to be the worst hotel yet the water pressure is terrible the staff is rude and even though we spends thousands they refuse to accommodate a late check out for night workers Do not stay here"

"Paid $856.64 for two nights and the morning of day two I had no water. Couldn’t even flush the commode or take a shower, when I left the next day I still had no water, able to flush the commode or take a shower. I have called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager three different times and he wouldn’t even take my call. He had someone at the front desk screen his calls. All she told me was the water was out all over town and they are not responsible. All I was looking for was either a break on the $400 a night charge or some points. They were not willing to work with me at all."

In San Antonio that gets you into a luxury suite! STOP PAYING THESE PRICES! They are taking advantage of the visitors and workers in the area! They need to go out of business as a lesson for the amount of greed going on here. Stop booking rooms here!!"
