"Iceas insulted when making a return that was purchased at an out of town location. The item was broken when I took it out of the package. When I explained to the clerk that it was broken when took it out of the package, he told me: "I don't know if it was or not, you could have broken it and we need to be able to resell it." This is very scary considering part of the return were opened food items... Buyer BEWARE!"
"Another Dollar Tree not too far away from our family. This store had a busier parking lot, but we got a spot. There was more stock at this Dollar Tree including some Christmas supplies. I'm shocked at how in-demand Christmas stuff have been this year. Due to staffing shortage and traffic, the store is a little messier, but we got some stuff we couldn't find at the other stores. Staff here are as quiet and efficient as the other store we went to."
"I love coming to Dollar Tree to see what I can find but let's face it I never expect great or even good customer service. I was there the other day and the two girls working were having a VERY LOUD conversation about other employees. It was very Unprofessional. The store was a mess with boxes in the walkway."
