"Try to do curbside. Ordered online that morning and got an email that said it was ready. When I got there, I waited 25min and had to go in. All of them were standing around doing nothing. They didn't have a line or customers but me and few others. And the other thing they couldn't find my order. These people have no idea what they're doing. They magically found my items after a few minutes. Best guess they went around the store and pick up the items. Which I should have done to begin within. Don't order online and do pick up."
"Customer service is horrible. I wanted 5 latex balloons filled with helium and they refused to inflate them because they were about to close. They had 5 minutes before closing with several shoppers still browsing. As soon as I walked in 10 minutes before closing they made sure I was aware they were going to close."
