"Rude people. The doctor didn't listen to anything my daughter told her in regards to my granddaughter. Wrong pharmacies when asked which one they preferred. Don't waste your time. None of these people want to work or value their jobs. Should be closed down."

"I will never return to this facility. Do NOT recommend due to unprofessional, and we're not helped and turned us away without help! My 2year old daughter was admitted due to double ear infection & needed breathing treatment her heart rate was 200. I was told she needed breathing treatment but they could not prescribe her a nebulizer due to them not being doctors they are nurse practioners & told to go to emergency room. They didn't even give us discharge paperwork! I went home called 911 because she was having difficulty breathing and needed help asap ambulance picked us up and took us to UMC which went above and beyond for my daughter and helped us so much! I can't thank them enough! We have been here prior for care and never been seen by a doctor!! Very unprofessional"

"Today was our second time visiting this clinic. Both times we were seen with a short wait time. The staff was kind, thorough (ran several tests), and sent us home with a treatment plan and clear instructions. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care for their little ones."

"For a children’s urgent care I expected a little more compassion and understanding! I’m a first time mom and there’s a lot that scared me about my daughter because I’m learning as I go so she’s had congestion and a cough that got worse today with a boarder line fever. So I took her in due to her pcp not having any availabilities today. The whole experience was horrible the nurses made it feel as if it was an inconvenience that I brought my 2month old child in. They where very dismissive: they ran a few test and said theyd call me within a few hours we’ll it’s been over 9 and no call I finally checked my my chart to see if maybe it was posted on there and it had been posted 7 hours previously and they didn’t care enough to inform me of the virus my daughter has and what I can do to help her. All I got was a test result on my MyChart. I will not be bringing my daughter here again."

"I took my 2 year old daughter here for stitches after her finger was sliced open. We arrived a couple hours before closing time, but the lady at the front desk informed me they weren't taking anymore patients. I thought she meant they were closing, and I was confused at when their closing time was so I asked to clarify when the urgent care closes. She became very defensive and rude towards me. The people that work the front desk are very sensitive and lack human social skills. I took my daughter to the UMC urgent care and they helped us. I don't mean to gripe and complain, but I hope this urgent care sees this post and works to improve."
