"Had a great experience. The dr was very patient and he sat down with us and explained what was wrong with my daughter in a way that we both understood. He asked many questions and explained everything . He made sure we were comfortable in the after care before he released us. The X-ray technician was very polite and professional.. and our nurse was absolutely amazing! So sweet and kind to my daughter. Had a great attitude. Made us feel safe and important. Like we were all family. Such a wonderful experience despite it being an urgent matter. Will recommend this er, and as long as I have minor children. This will be our choice."
"We took my nephew here last night. We sat in the waiting room for hours and were never seen. The receptionist was extremely rude and proceeded to waive security over to my partner when we decided to leave. What did she think security was needed for? To intimidate us into waiting another 5 hours? She got snippy and said we were leaving against medical advice. What medical advice? We sure as heck got none! It's sad to see the hospital my father worked at when I was a child flush it's self down a toilet. UMC needs a major overhaul in the way it sees and treats patients. The system is broken and it's appalling."
"We took our 1yr old son here on a Friday afternoon. We were put in a room immediately and were taken care of by a lot of doctors and nurses. They were extremely professional, kind and thorough. We had to do a lot of tests and we spent the night. I wish I could personally thank every doctor nurse and technician for how well they treated us. I was also stressed because we didn't have insurance so I figured we were on the hook for around 6-10k$ but they have dropped our bill to 1k$ without me asking. This is the place to take your kids."
