They excel in sanitation and have the best central location, incredible client service, and a lovely, peaceful environment where you are the ONLY client. The fees for services are not only competitive - but typically lower than other comparable high-end salons. This is a gem, a true find. Yume is a miracle worker, and such a joy. If you are concerned about sanitation for your manicure, pedicure, waxing, etc. this is the ONLY place to go. It is a true medical manicure/pedicure."

"They have canceled 2 of 4 appointments litterally an hour before. 1st excuse was the tech got into a car accident. 2nd excuse was the tech had to take a family member to the ER. I've been trying to reach someone to get a refund and have not had any luck. Strongly recommend going elsewhere."

"Is this even a business? I made an appointment for a Saturday and my appointment was canceled as I'm driving there. I got a text stating the tech got in a car accident. I was afraid of scheduling another Saturday and them canceling again so I scheduled for a weekday. I had to ask my employer if I could leave early. I called Vino Med Spa a week prior to my appointment to confirm that they will be able to see me. Today, the day of my appointment I get a text an hour and a half before my appointment that the tech had to take a family member to the ER. What are the odds? It seems like they don't want to work weekends or weekdays (late afternoon). If that is the case, stop having your schedule open to book at those times. I scheduled over a month in advance twice and to be let down twice ."

"My appointment time was changed at the last minute twice. One day i show up for my appt and no one told me that the tech had to go out of the country on an emergency. Office was closed. I show up today and the tech is late and my appt started 30 minutes late. If i had not already paid for the 6 sessions i wldnt be here. Do not recommend, go elsewhere!"
