"Bought a cheap pair of headsets and they did not work 2 days later. When I tried to exchange them, the employee told me without the box I could not return it. I told her she could keep the box of the new one but she said it’s not allowed. For a $5 set, I just told her keep it and will not be doing any shopping at this business. They have no sense of customer service."
"absolutely the worst family dollar i've ever been to. employees don't wear masks, store is dirty, and are very rude. girl with the pink colored hair is so rude! never says hi or thank you and even a word during the entire transaction. told her hi and thank u and she didn't say a word back. lady with the scarf in her head is rude too! her tone when i asked her for a product was terrible and she gave me attitude like if it's not her job. in conclusion don't waste ur time coming here!"
"I'm not from the area, I am staying with my sister for a couple of weeks until I go back home. This store is terrible. I wish I could give it negative stars. The place is dirty and the shelves are bare, empty. The employees were standing around playing on their phones giggling and laughing showing each other things they were watching, all the while the girl at the register was slammed with a long line of customers. She was working hard.. This experience made me thankful for the Family Dollar I visit often near my home."
