"Was given this number for the food pantry. Some rude lady answered the phone and started yelling “this is transportation I don’t know why they give you this number” I called back cause I didn’t hear the number correctly to call and she hung up on me I call back and no one answers. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn’t have a job answering phones!!!"

"In my opinion, the Staff at Presa Community Center did an outstanding job of performing the task of Tax Preparation for the Public. Despite the fact that they were very short staffed the Tax Preparation went smoothly and in a professional way. Staff was very customer friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Special attention was provided to those people who had problems and conflicts with their tax documents. I have had my taxes prepared at this Community Center for several years and I have never been disappointed. I appreciated the fact that I was remembered by the Staff as I received their warm greetings. I feel fortunate to have this service available to me and it's operated by friendly and professional people."
