"The amenities are ok if you take in consideration how much HOA fees are but they don't even have a place to hang out and watch a movie or board games like many other apartments. Ok. At least now the got some coffee available for residents."
"Really disappointed. The pool is great, events awesome, and the zumba is AMAZING but weekends at the amenity center are scary. Used panties strewn about the playground, constant trash piles on the basketball court, teens in groups cursing and engaging in sexual behaviors (on the playground, with toddlers playing beside them), music blares profanities, kids AND adults jumping fences. The parenting in this community needs to step it up, as well as the HOA security after 5 pm. The community has potential but has some serious issues to work through first."
"Love this place ,Zumba classes,and the gym is super clean and great atmosphere, love pool area with family.."
"Great amenities, have been here 3 years and have never seen the pool crowded. I take my 5 year old to the pool all the time. The park is one of the best in the area."
