"Fun for the kids no doubt but it’s the second time in the last few months that we’ve gotten norovirus from here. Also, not enough seating on the ground floor unless you are part of a party which is rarely the case. Would be nice if they could accommodate all not just party goers. Girl at concession stand didn’t seem concerned or hurried enough to tend to a long line of customers waiting on orders. Other gentleman was very attentive. Otherwise, kids don’t seem to notice and enjoy the experience."

"The kids like it, but only come here if you have done all your research and know how every confusing thing works (I.e registration, packages, trampoline socks etc.) the gal at the front has 0 people skills and will be incredibly rude to you if you don’t already understand everything or of it’s your first time. We spent $100 to be treated like trash. I regret every dollar I spent and we would have walked out if I didn’t have 3 kids that would have been disappointed. First and last time for sure. We could have gone to six flags for just a little more and had a blast and been treated like humans."
