"Incredible piece of Spanish architecture here in America. The staff was incredible, sharing great excitement with our children. We were there near closing time and the staff was kind to all even though they needed to close the gates. A huge thanks to Ranger Gewalt for helping our children get their Junior Ranger badges in the 1.5 hrs we were there."

"Been to SA many times but never once to the Mission's. So much rich history in Texas and San Antonio is a great place to start. It was a great family experience and I would highly recommend, if you like learning about the history of Texas"

"The San Jose mission was a really cool thing to see. Lots of History there. The old church which is still in use today. The grounds were very very muddy after heavy rain. So make sure you stay on the path. We had a tour guide but we would have been just fine reading the signs ourselves so we kind of went out on our own. Really unique, well maintained grounds. This is a national historic site in national Park so be sure to get your stamp."

"We visited all 4 missions in the park unit. Each was unique & beautiful. We wanted to walk but ran out of time so drove to each one. I hope to return someday & walk them all. The park is dog friendly & our pup loves earning B.A.R.K. Ranger badges. She enjoyed all the grounds with us. Be sure to get your badge from the visitor center!"

"One of the best tours I have experienced in my life! Alex 6, the tour guide was amazing and taught us about the history of 4 San Antonio Missions (Conception, San Jose, San Juan & San Espada). I wholeheartedly recommend the tour!!!"
