"This is the slowest HEB pharmacy I’ve ever experienced on all levels, from filling to slow refills to the wait at the drive-thru. Corporate needs to help this location. Will be switching to another store."

"When HEB first opened I was SO impressed with their pharmacy. They were always courteous, and fast. Fast forward to the last few months and the customer service has gone extremely downhill. I have a child who is dependent on nerve medication and when the dr calls it in (because he NEEDS it) they never seem to have it for days at a time. You call to see if its ready and they say "we can get it ready for you today" umm then what is the point in the dr calling it in DAYS before? I have given them chance after chance and its looking like im going to need to find somewhere else to go. The staff acts like you are a burden to them when you ask them to do their job."

"Pharmacist and assistants are great and knowledgeable. They are quick to answer every question, if you have one. I usually don't, I try to be in and out. And that's what this location allows, quick in and outs. It's also been better on the wallet, being cheaper than our lost location (not HEB). Overall, great experience and we will continue to utilize this location."
