"Older Mexican lady who works The register always has something better to do than take care of her customers. This last time she had a mouthful of food and nasty look on her face. Whenever I asked her a question. I would expect you to do that on your break if you're going to eat or snack on something rather than having a mouthful of food when asked a question. She's rude if you ask her for anything. All in all, she makes the experience of this kent kwik really suck every time I come in here. I wish you could go ahead and quit or retire. Because other than that, this place is amazing."

"This store is good but customer service sucks. I would rather use the self checkout machine than deal with those cashiers. But they close their self checkout all the time. Why have it if we can't use it?"
"Extremely overpriced. Went in to get a burrito and some DayQuil. The DayQuil was marked at $8.69 for 8 pills. I was already contemplating spending that much knowing they're cheaper elsewhere but I was in a hurry so I got them. Got to the register and the guy was in a rush and trying to run multiple registers. The DayQuil rang up at $15.99 at the register! The price is jacked up because they know it's cold season. Crooks. And my burrito was $4.79 for the same burrito that's $2 at Stripes. The clerk was too busy to help so I just paid and left but I won't be back there ever and suggest you don't either unless you like paying double for everything. Ridiculous."
"The Rustic Cafe inside this store has amazing food. The service and people are lovely. A bit dusty but there's nothing wrong with that."
