"Went thru the thru and asked for a bag of ice. I paid for the ice and was then told I was to drive around to the front of the store and get my ice. I am handicapped and have trouble getting in and out of my car; this is the reason I went to use the drive thru in the first place. The person who took my money and order was chomping away on food the whole time. I've never had this type of experience before with a Toot'n Totum. Any other Toot'n Totum that I've gone thru the drive has handed the ice to me. Someone should address this individual and give her more training. I hate to leave this type of review and I certainly will not be going back to this location."
"Hey! Alright, this store Toot 'n Totum turned out to be very good find! Best peach iced tea I've tasted in a long time and they have these fresh burgers pre made along with fresh fixings proportioned, like onion jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, mustard ketchup, etc... Turned out to be ONE TASTY BURGER!!! Of course a lot products to eat, snack, smoke, drink... Good little spot in downtown Amarillo Texas..."
"This location is stealing people's money. I noticed that I got short changed. I gave a $5 bill and they told me the item cost $3.57. then they gave me a dollar and a quarterback. With no receipt. I called to complain about it and the lady who told me she was the assistant manager told me that it's not that guy's fault or responsibility to make sure we get the correct change back. They said his only job is to give you the change that automatically comes out and that there can be any excuse or reason to not get the right amount back. She refused to give me her name and told me that she will not have anything else to say to me. I'm contacting corporate and filing complaints because this seems intentional the way that they acted in. Simply trying to let them know that there was a problem and refusing to do anything to correct the initial problem."
"Overnight staff are extremely unprofessional. I used to go there frequently overnights as I drive for work. The staff were rude and it is a cesspool of childish drama. Will be speaking with management, corporate, or regional to talk about disciplinary action. The restrooms also reek of foul odor every time I used it. Next time, I'll only go to use the restroom if I cannot make it to another one."
