"I was so disappointed in the result I got from Julie. My nails were so thick and stuck to my cuticles. I had to request that she level out a few nails because they were so uneven. She was very confident person. The client beside me had confided in her dislike of how narrow her nails were and her technician and mine were clearly talking about her in between their languages!"

"Absolutely disgusting experience. Julie made things somewhat better with her positive attitude but still bad experience. One tech- I don’t know her name- but she took me to get my pedicure before my mani. She started trying to upsell me seemingly after I talked with owner to confirm pricing. Then she didn’t give me time to get color. She loudly talked about me getting the basic and cheap pedicure. She put the wrong color on and had to take it off and put a better one on. They had Julie do my manicure - whew- so pleasant was her personality. However owner did not offer an apology for my experience in the beginning. I was very professional but firm and people could hear me when first nail tech was botching things. Not the experience I was looking for."
"Very disappointed with our experience here. My mom and I went to get our nails and toes done for a black tie formal event, and both our nails and toes turned out awful. Our nails are lumpy with visible clumps and streaks in the polish, and I had to pick dried dip polish off of my skin. We paid a very good amount of money for our manicures and pedicures and were not happy with the results. We will not be back."
"Love the atmosphere at Venetian Nail Spa. They had relaxing music playing and the chairs were comfortable. My gel manicure was not rushed, and my nail technician was very detail oriented. I tend to like simple designs and lots of glitter, I was very pleased with my manicure."
