"I got a flat tire as I passed the entrance to the bank across the street. I pulled into the parking lot next to Toot n Totum to change it. I have a minivan. I couldn't get the jack under the body! I walked over to the shop and told Charles, "I need your generosity. I have a spare, jack and star but I can't get the jack under the van." He had me baby the van to the shop where he graciously changed my tire. Charles went above and beyond. While waiting, I saw the services offered. When I need one, I will return due to Charles' big heart." THANK YOU"

"Last week I was told price of fountain drinks was going up. For example 45 oz. would go up 10 cents. I purchased a 44 oz. coke this evening and what was $1.29 is now $1.69! That is a 40 cent increase!!! That's bad. I will be looking for a new venue for my cokes. CB"
