"I rented a unit starting in July 2021 till now, July 2023. Classic Mini Storage is MANAGED & OPERATED the old-school way (i.e. answers the phone when you call or calls u back if you leave a vm; takes care of things personally) by the same guy for the last 2 years, who treats it like it's his own business. His processes/site/systems are also updated / automated too so he can take payments various ways, etc., but if you need to verify a payment, ask a question, etc., he's there to take care of it. Unlike the larger self-storage companies, his prices were much more conservative, especially compared to the huge, national chains who were taking advantage of the short-term high demand (I called about a dozen places). And he only increased pricing once during the last 2 years (which was understandable since everything had gone up after the pandemic), but that was conservative too. He sure gives personal attention to his customers and doesn't nickel & dime you with all kinds of fees and add-ons like other [big-label] places further east on FM 1314, down close to 59. Classic Mini storage also has wide (and flat) driveways so maneuvering was easy, even with my flatbed trailer. (My dad had a unit at another place several miles away on the freeway and it was very tight getting around on that property that I almost jackknifed.) I'll definitely come back to Classic Mini Storage if I need to store stuff again."
"We used this for a transitional situation and it worked out great! The price was affordable and the location worked out well. We had a non-climate controlled 5x8. Lastly, any time we needed management they were always available."
