"I was checking out at register 3 in Conroe on Frazier employee Maddy (bagger) had really bad customer service she needs to be friendlier. However what really bothered me was that she pushes my milk jugs towards me in a very rude way instead of placing it in my cart. The guy checking me out was overall a good cashier."

"Worst experience with Curbside pick up tonight! I show up right as they closed and Ethan proceeds to tell me they are close and gives me no option on when or how to pick up my items. I then explain I really need them for a party the next morning and can I just get them through the front. He states yes I would have to get off and go get them in the inside of the store so I did. Went all the way to the back then Ethan tells me he can’t give me my cart with items I had already paid for and proceeds to walk away telling me that he has to walk them out for me. He walks all the way to the front of the store and I follow far behind him. He leaves all my items at the front of the store before I even get to them he is walking back inside and says nothing to me. Horrible customer service and horrible attitude on someone who is supposed to be a team leader/supervisor. Such a disappointment!"

"I love shopping at H‑E‑B , but I’m disappointed at a product they sale . The JAMAICOOL , thise product is a hibiscus flower tea bag. I accident opened un the bag when mixing it in with sugar. When I took the bag out of the jar I realized there was rocks inside I even found a charcoal piece in."

"Well the meat substitute section has vanished. No one knows when where nor why. They told me it never existed. Yet there's still a sign in the frozen section that lets me know I'm not crazy, although Juan told me I was, as he has 'once eaten the products.' At the good HEB down the road, they have the sign, the products, and the knowledgeable staff."

"We don't visit this HEB location very often but when we do, they usually have what we are looking for in stock. On our latest venture here, 01/2023, the isles were well stocked and the store was pretty clean overall. They had everything we needed this trip and a few things we didn't! We'd shop here again down the road."
