Dollar General

"Told to leave not even 2 minutes of been in the store accused of stealing and told to leave when I was on the phone asked to pick something up. Never been in the store until today. Told I wasn stealing from that store and then said I was stealing from another store never will I go back to any store again never had a problem until today after driving an hour away going to my boyfriend's house."

"As per Dollar General's business model there is practically one in everyone's neighborhood so hopping in and jumping right back out is easily doable any weekday on through the weekend. Convience is key with any social or family gathering. Most prep items, cutlery, condiments, drinks, or drinkware needed are a moment away & no one need forget ice. You will find most everyday items in the store for under $5 and it would shock me to ever see anything over $10 which makes monthly budgeting a breeze and holidays to die for! My only complaint is the staff interaction is usually limited to the register only & very few are either helpful answering questions nor do they seem pleasant. This criticism is actually based on at least 4 stores I regularly frequent, 2 others somewhat infrequent and 5 cities I have resided in throughout the years, being such a long period of time I thought I'd mention it perhaps the management may wish to give their staff new training options, you never know(sometimes a fresh outlook is a game changer)!!"

"The very, very old lady and the racist Mexican lady that works here are extremely rude. Sad that companies like this one hire miserable people to work for them. And I know I’m not the only one complaining about these two. You think Dollar General would hire more friendly and professional people to work for them. I guess they don’t care what kind of people they hire and how they treat their customers."

"The manager is rude. We asked for help without saying she couldn't find it. She just walks away and starts doing other things."

"Terrible customer service I honestly I never experience such racist behavior in a dollar general. I literally came to buy something and the lady cashier literally call me out telling me that I stole something and that she saw me put it in my bag that it was all in the cameras. I mean I don’t have problem with her telling me that I stole something cause I knew I didn’t however she call me out she told me if I didn’t show her my bag she was gonna call the police with whole attitude and Insisting that it was all in cameras I was like okay I’ll show you my bag literally didn’t have anything then she had the audacity to tell me that I slip it off. If I did slip it out their was no need for her to tell me to show her my bag if I didn’t take anything. Honestly make it make sense if you are gonna lie at least make it a good lie. Honestly plus I was with my little cousin and pregnant aunt the humiliation they probably felt by this lady saying we stole something literally killed the whole mood. (Her name is Amanda Ramirez I didn’t wanted to call her out however the attitude and behavior she had towards us was really rude and wouldn’t want another Hispanic family to experience the same racism and humiliation from a lady assuming just cause)"
