"Not only is La Michoacana a great local supermarket, it has an excellent restaurant full of authentic Mexican food including homemade bone broth soup!"
"Normally when I go in there everything goes great, the last time I went there I told them I wanted the marinated pork steaks and that is what they gave me... but what I was charged for was marinated prime rib at double the price of the pork steaks. I told the meat handler that the price was wrong, and he proceeded to argue with me, knowing you cannot fix ignorance I purchased the steaks and left"
"I decided to come in and order their monthly pack which consisted of steak, sausage, chicken, ribs, rice, beans and tortillas and it was absolutely terrible. The steak was chewy and not really cooked all the way. The sausage was not as described, they basically gave us cheese sausage. The ribs were full of fat and just bad quality. The beans were a watery, almost puree like mess. The only saving grace of the meal was the chicken, the rice and the tortillas. For the prepared food alone, I would not come back here again. Which is the only reason I'd come in to the store is to check what is in their monthly pack."
"I hadn't been in over a year or so. The last time I went the cashier didn't return my change. I know it's not much but if she did it to me and all the people that go through those doors imagine how much money she would end up with in her pocket. I'm just saying. As far as the products, they're good and fresh so I would continue going as far as products. For the service part of it, I haven't had no bad service as far as for my experience goes."
