"I debated posting this or not, but I wouldn't want anyone else to walk out of a salon looking like I did. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH THE STYLIST THAT YOU CHOOSE! Starting with the good things: The staff was very nice and they did include gratuity in the price (which didn't say upon booking) I came for a routine haircut and asked her to shape up my curtain bangs. Instead I left with a chunk missing from the back of my hair and half of my hair in extremely short bangs. I also have "steps" instead of layers. The blow out was also very poor. When I left initially I didn't see the damage that was done, and there was no effort to show me the back but I didn't think too much about it. It was only when I got home and looked at it properly in the mirror and desperately tried to restyle my bangs. The worst part was the owner even checked over her work and let me leave the salon like I did! I also had no warning that she was still a learning stylist"
"My first time here, and Taylor was awesome!! I wanted a shorter cut (had hair down to the middle of my back) and she talked me out of going too short too quick. Gave me a great cut and blow dry. Will definitely come back again!!"
"I had Gabby as a stylist and she did amazing! She was very good at communicating what she was doing and made sure it was what i wanted! I left feeling so pretty and she made sure my hair was perfect before letting me go. I highly recommend this salon and Gabby as a stylist! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!"
"This was my first time visiting Salon Mood and I am very pleased! I had Marisa as my stylist and she was an absolute gem. She was very patient and thorough and spoke with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my look. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in, but Marisa had me feeling like a Queen on my way out! Very reasonable price for my services (wash, cut, dry, and styling) and I was in and out in an hour without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this salon and miss Marisa any time!"
"I absolutely love my haircut and color from Iris at Salon Mood! She and the other ladies in the salon are so wonderful and have created a beautiful environment! Iris is so easy to talk to about my hair style ideas and wishes and she goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and have a great time. I always leave the salon feeling great and loving my hair!"
