"My experience from 2 years ago was good with the sales staff. No issues with the purchase. Make ready crew is a little sloppy. Just found out that the car was mis-represented by CarMax when my mechanic worked on my car today. Car show 35K on it currently, but the computer shows over 65K milage on the car. They sold me the car stating it only had about 15K on it at the time of purchase. If you plan on buying a car from Carmax, have the computer checked by your mechanic for actual milage to make sure it was not rolled back like what happened to me."

"The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I do recommend that you "pack a snack" as my overall transaction was excessively long even though I had a pre-approval from my bank. There was a damaged piece of trim on the bottom of the front bumper, which they immediately agreed to replace but it took an entire month for them to get it!
