"Horrible experience in the service department today at Fort Bend Toyota. Had a service appointment this morning to have a tire replaced on my brand new car that was damaged by driving through a pothole. I paid a $365 for a new tire plus $120 for an alignment. The brand new tire they put on my brand new car looked like it had been drug through the streets. My service advisor True was busy with another complaining customer so I found the Service Manager and showed him the problem. He minimized it and told me all of the new tires are coated with a powder and they all look like this (wrong) and it will come off when I go through the wash. I accepted this, as I am not a complainer type of person, and I went through the car wash near my house. But after the wash the tire looked exactly the same. Now I'm angry. The service manager should have offered to fix this problem the 1st time I was there, replace it, clean it......something. But he blew me off and I had to go back a second time at the end if the day in traffic. It turns out the tire that was provided to service by parts had a bunch of very sticky stickers on it, which greatly discolored the brand new tire. This tire situation tied up a good part of my day. The service manager should have done better. I am not a happy customer. If I pay for something brand new I expect it to look brand new like most people do. They did clean the tire the 2nd time, this should not have required a 2nd trip. I am still not sure what this tire will look like once the Armor All wears off."

"This place is MUCH better than what i experienced with other Toyota dealers in the north. I came for Toyota care maintenance, get guided, welcomed, check in is quick, friendly. They have free coffee bar, kids playroom, a large neat waiting lobby, and 2 fish aquarium tanks that my kid likes very much. Service is great, mine was done about 25 mins from in and out, paperwork is smooth. The restroom is very clean, renovated. I get the quality of service expected. No complaints"

"In short, I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and 45 minutes. And that's only because I took a little time to test drive the Vehicle. I was grateful to work with Sunday, his manager Patrick and Eric from financing. The experience was for lack of a better word, clean.
