"I’ve tried coming to this location 4 times now during their store hours and every time there is a sign on the door saying they are closed. I just got there at 1:28 pm and there was a sign on the door saying they will not reopen til 3 pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time going to this location. They are never open when they are supposed to be."

"Online it says they opened an hour ago but upon arriving they most definitely weren’t open. It looked like they may have left a note on the door with different hours but it’s no longer there so who know’s when they’ll actually be opening."

"Ive been sitting in my car for about 15 minutes because whoever is working the PM shift left a note on the door saying they would be back shortly. I’m currently watching another customer pace back and forth in front of the store waiting as well for someone to return. Hopefully it won’t take much longer. "Sally Beauty always has a wide selection of products. If I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for, which is rare, they have an alternative product on hand for my needs. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I recommend this store. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to get in and out with what you may need."

"I got home and looked at my receipt, and found I was charged twice for one of the items I purchased. I was not going to do anything about it, after all it was just wasn't a huge amount. A day or so later, I tried to open my $12 pump bottle of conditioner that went with my $25 bottle of shampoo, and it wouldn't pop open. After trying repeatedly to get it to pop open, I gave up. I went back to the store to get a replacement, and while there mentioned the overcharge. I was told they couldn't give me a refund because they had no way of knowing that I was telling the truth, and that I probably actually used the product. What ever happened to 'the customer is always right?' I know it's petty, asking for a refund for a small overcharge, but it was the principle that I was overcharged, then being called a liar in front of the other customers. They will never see another dime of my money, after being publicly embarrassed in front of the other customers."
