"FOLLOW UP: Upper Management reached out and apologized for all the issues. They did refund our entire experience! So I added a star for upper managment customer service! Stopped in on a Monday in June,not planned decision, movie started at 4:50 it was 4:30. Got the tickets. The attendant was nice to the kids, but seemed to have an attitude. Walk inside to grab popcorn and drinks . The 3 cashiers were standing behind the counter quietly waiting. No offers of what they had, when asked if they had a popcorn deal or snack deal... no, chicken strips, no they are out...only nachos, popcorn,pizza, pretzels, and hot dogs. They did have icee, soft drinks, and a bar. Got 2 hot dogs,pizza, popcorn, and icee. The last 2 dogs on the warmer were hot but stale. The bread was falling off and squished. Popcorn was ok, not warm, little stale, got the largest tub, and it was not full. NO Refills on popcorn or drinks at this location... Restrooms were very dirty, smelled like urine, no soap, no dryers worked, no paper towels for hands. Seats in theater 8 were ripped and looked in need of repair. Spoke to a manager about my complaints, and she was maybe 16 or 17, and her reply was, "Thank you" with a smile. We will not be back to this Cinemark, maybe no Cinemark if this is standard for their buisness practice. Showbiz will get my business from now on."
"I decided this is the only movie theatre I’ll visit to see movies this summer. I’m basing this purely off the luxury lounger seats. They’re so comfortable. The sound quality is also great. Most theaters are way too loud and even louder for action movies but this was just right. The concessions are regular and about the same price as other places."
