"Horrible customer service. The front desk staff is very rude and not accommodating. My husband booked a massage for me, upon booking he let the manager know that I would like a female masseuse. When I arrived I also let them know that I am not comfortable with getting a massage from a man. The front desk worker looked at me and rudely said “well we don’t have anyone else, the manager booked your appointment so you must have said a man. We don’t have anyone else and we have to charge you to cancel”. I was shocked with the lack of care and the audacity to me I have to pay a cancellation fee for their mess up. I end up filing a compliant with the BBB and calling corporate, since she continued to try to put unauthorized charges on my card. Will never go here and glad I didn’t waste my money with them."

"I had been going to Massage Heights for a couple years now but decided to cancel my membership because I wasn't using my credits as I should have. Once I had canceled I had 15 credits to use up within a couple months so I was booking massages every week or every other week to take advantage of my credits. At my most recent visit I asked how many credits I had left and the manager told me 3 & a half. She then proceeded to help me book my last 2 sessions to use up all the credits. I made it to the next appointment which would have been only 2 credits and the receptionist that night day said she would have to charge me $40 for the additional 30 mins. I couldn't understand why because that meant I still should have had 1 and a half credit left. The receptionist said she would leave a message for the manager to call. I never received any call back and I called 3-4 times the next week and even showed up in person twice to rectify the situation. The manager is "never" there whenever I call or show up. I would like to be refunded the $40 as I should not have been charged. I honestly feel the manager Jasmine made an error when checking me out when she was calculating my credits but I would ave never booked another session if my credits wouldn't cover it."

"This retreat has been a great escape from my stressful job. They are always so friendly and helpful. My therapist, Russ, is awesome. I have been going to him for over two years now and can’t thank him enough."
