"A great, comfortable, calm and clean place to workout. Your membership also gives you access to the aquatic center. Definitely not your typical gym. Everyone is kind and friendly. The staff members are professional, helpful and all-round wonderful!"

She took time to not only help me set up my bike but as well as explain each function. Such a refreshing and non intimidating space. Front desk is very friendly and present to help."
