"First time at this location, since I normally go to the Stafford location but I was in the area.. and I was looking at some furniture. I asked a guy that was there for help but he couldn’t help me (can’t remember his name) so he got me someone who could. Andres was sooo sweet and helpful with answering my questions and he was so patient (God knows I asked a million questions) anyways he’s such a sweetheart they’re so lucky to have him! He needs a raise. I hope management sees this."
"I had an awful experience, making a return post Christmas. I returned around 14 faux flowers (receipt and tags attached) right after an older lady. My cashier was african american like myself. A caucasian male, younger, with a short hair cut interrupted the return process and began asking me why I was returning them, was there something wrong and began smelling each flowers. Who smells faux flowers!?? He surely didn’t intrude or smell the picture frames the older lady returned. I responded I purchased way too many. He rolled his eyes. I was very upset by this transaction and clearly racism is alive and well."

"This Hobby Lobby is frequented by Sienna Plantation and Riverstone residents. It it one of the company's huge flagship stores with pretty everything a hobbyist can desire from sewing to modeling to art supplies for painting to home decor and beyond.
