"Mack and his team did an amazing job with the floors. We opted for engineered hardwood. They installed about 1,000 square feet and later that night it was making a ton of noise when I walked on it. They ripped it all out, Mack called the manufacturer to come take a look and diagnose the issue, and then they reinstalled it. I’m glad Mack listened and didn’t dismiss my issue. He took it seriously and took care of me. It’s awesome looking at the beautiful floors everyday!"
