"My wife and kids had absolutely horrible experience at this location (Plano). The worst customer service we have ever seem. They had a flyer for a few weeks advertising the Christmas event that was supposed to be free for the members, the flyer didn’t say anything about preregistration. Just said come have fun with pizza and cookies. When my wife and kids showed up for the event , Priya at the front office told them that they were supposed to preregister . How were we supposed to know about that? She had no desire to help, just said bye pretty much with no care. My kids were waiting for this event all morning, we didn’t make any other plans because of that. Wasted our day. In the future if you make mistake on your ads, make sure you have some respect for members’ time and money that we are paying monthly for our family membership. Kids got home crying because they were so disappointed that they were kicked out. Unbelievable….Adding the photo of the flyer that said thing about the preregistration.. The mistake was on your end and a good customer service would have made it right, especially when it involves kids…during holidays…"
