"We get a membership here every year. I love that they do free memberships for teachers! This is a really fun place. I do recommend bringing one of your kiddo's friends. They have a play area that is super fun, but sometimes kids get intimidated and don't want to go it alone. If you love art and coloring, this place is for you. It is reasonably priced. I will say that I wish they changed things up a bit more, but overall, it's a fun place. I highly recommend going here at least once. Don't forget to check out the gift shop! We love the gift shop here. This is also a great place for a field trip. My child's school did their field trip here last year, and the kids had a ton of fun!"

"There's lots to do - for kids at least. Not all the adults were too stoked, It is all kids activities though and think maybe should just charge the kids...we had 3 in our party - 1 kid, but we were only given 1 bag. We didn't really know what the bag was really for...there's vouchers and tokens to redeem while you are there. The tokens we found where to redeem but didnt even know there were other paper vouchers also included in the bag too until after we left but overall think it's a cool idea to have in a mall...kids can play while mom shops!"

"It's a good place for small children. I have a 3 and a 1 year old. The one year old can't do much but he likes the play place. The 3 year old really loves the dough that you get out of a vending machine with your token. You get two tokens for each guest and a voucher for a scribble scubbie. This is for everyone, even kids who get in for free and adults so you end up with quite a few. There are two kinds of scribble scrubbies available and they change over each month. One is for pass holders only. You can use your tokens to make your own crayon label that says whatever you want. If it miss prints or does not print for some reason you can tell the people that are right there at the gate and they will replace your tokens. The other tokens can be spent on dough that is in vending machines. It is quite enjoyable. We have gone several times and it was worth the hour long drive to get there. They have never stopped us from bringing our own snacks and sippy cups. We really like the crayon factory show but it is not always running in person now because of staffing shortages. The filmed version they sometimes show is much less fun and you don't get a crayon at the end."

"My kids love going to this place so we frequently visit even thought we have to drive 40mins from Wylie. Enough to stay 2-3hrs a day. The staffs are very helpful. The working stations are cleaned regularly. Cleaning staffs are awesome. However, because this place shares many things like crayons, brushes etc. We always get sick when we visit this place whenever there is disease breakout such as flu and stomach virus. I try to sanitize as much as I could, but they don’t refill any soaps or sanitizers frequently. Most of the time they are empty. We just wash our hands with water and leave. I always bring sanitizer for kids when I come here. Other than that, it is a fun place to spend some time"

"I have a 6 year old daughter. She loves to color and draw pictures and is quite artistic. She absolutely loved this place. We were there for 4 hours and she was not ready to leave when we had to. Some of the activities cost extra, like if you want to buy dirt and sift out the jewels from it like a prospector. Most things are free. You can melt crayons into other shapes or to make art. You can buy a crayon and put a special name on the wrapper as a souvenir. They give you 2 tokens when you come in for this purpose. But you can buy more tokens if you want. You can buy modeling clay and sit at the tables and crate sculptures. You can let your kids run around on the indoor playground. We did not get to do everything we wanted to while we were there, and my daughter has been asking me to take her back ever since. I bought an annual pass, so I will be doing just that. It’s great for getting kids to put down the screens and be creative."
