"HORRIBLE customer service!! PLEASE DO NOT spend any money here. I made a purchase got to the car I noticed it was defective went directly back inside, not even 5 minutes later. They refused to exchange or give me a refund."

"There was a young lady at the counter who was watching a movie on her phone, she was not friendly and it was like pulling teeth to get her to talk or be engaged. Another customer walked in and asked for something and she told them it was in the back and never moved from watching her phone! She was rude/not friendly. It’s hard to support local businesses when the service is trash. Big beauty supply stores will eventually shut this store down and it’s been in Rosenberg for years. Do better!"

"Today I walked in close to closing, door unlocked and a store full of customers. She immediately said we're closed it's 7. (It was a few minutes before). All I wanted was a tee shirt and I come get tees here at least every couple weeks. I feel I've spent way too much money here to get this type of customer service(I wasn't there to walk around and shop I just wanted to grab a fresh tee shirt). But I will not be going back."
