"I ordered my food online thru the app. Scheduled my curbside pick up for 1pm. I arrived around 12:45 and click "I'm Here". I waited over 15 minutes for my food. They did not offer any compensation for their error. The food was not very good nor was it freshly made."
"Being my first time eating mcallister's, I must say I am not impressed at all. First we had issues with the website. I did not get an email when I signed up. It is not clearly marked where curb side pick up is. Just a small folding sign leaned up against the building. I was not even given a receipt. The taste was not all that great. Like the meat was old or something and it was cold. But what takes the cake? Is the fact that we get all the way home 20 minutes away to find out we weren't even given all of our food. 1 person didn't receive their dinner. They were very friendly and helpful. And they admitted that they found the meal after and tried to find us, but we had already left. He said he would talk to the manager for a refund. Not really sure at this point if I want to go back."
"We came here for lunch today (12/28/23) and I had to make sure I left a 5 star review. Janice and Jimmy were amazing! (Give them a raise!) They were SO friendly, welcoming, helpful...just delightful! The manager (I assume), he was just as kind and friendly. It's nice to receive such awesome customer service!"
"Talk about upset. I’m not sure why my Uber eats order comes out without care when I don’t have this issue when I pick up at the store. My bread for my king club was not toasted my broccoli was cold and my lemonade tasted like lemon water as if the drink was made for someone else and they decided they didn’t want it and it was left for ice to sit in it… extremely pissed and can’t get a refund because it’s not Uber eats fault"
