"I ordered online for delivery a couple of days ago and they got my order wrong. They had told me to ask next time that I order and they will accommodate for the mistake they made last time. So I ordered again and tried to reach the person I who I spoke with and a different person was on the line. I asked her politely if I could speak with the person I spoke with last time and she forcefully demanded that I know she is the one in charge and that if I ever called again or ordered there again she would have me blocked. The voice mail she left was very hateful and I feel very hurt that she would use that tone with me. I hope that papa Johns gets a new manager and she needs to get her act together because that kind of mistreatment is unacceptable. I feel like she violated me in a way because now I feel very uncomfortable and now I don’t want to order pizza anymore one of my favorite foods is now ruined because of this unjustified experience."

"Ordered 4 pizzas wrong, pizza in bix 3 and 4. Called the store. Called 8 times to reach a manager. No one took responsibility. Transferred 10 times with yet a resolution. $ 67.00 . This place should have stayed closed"

"They were extremely busy this Friday night but the staff remained quite courteous. Our thin crust tomato sauce seemed to have some piccante heat to it which we did not want. The pepperoni specialty pizza with standard crust was the best that I have in many years! Service was quick, 20 minutes, compared to Dominos which I was told would take one hour. We will be back, but asking for regular sauce."
