"I bought treatments for my mother and daughter to enjoy with me. We booked appointments for the same time and enjoyed being together. The two women that looked after my mom and I were amazing and attentive! Unfortunately my 27yr old daughter had a far different experience. She was assigned a man who did not give the same treatment. After what seemed like a 15min stretch where he wasn’t active in her treatment she opened her eyes and he was sat beside her napping?! And this was NOT during the steaming. When he did massage her scalp it wasn’t thorough or long as we had relayed to her that ours was. We both had mini massages and my daughter had none. I was upset as she told us this on the way home and I called to speak to someone, but because of the language difficulties I was given this same guy to talk too. He had excuses for the session, “massaging is optional”, etc and in the end I still asked to have him get the manager to contact me. That never happened…I doubt he even passed this message on. I will go again, my daughter won’t. When you book do NOT get the guy, you will be disappointed."
"I have three town in the past two months for a head and scalp spa treatment, and they were truly rejuvenating experiences. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, making me feel comfortable throughout. The head and scalp treatment exceeded my expectations. I had very bad oil scalp and I had to wash my hair in daily basis. After the treatment my hair could last 3-4 days and still very fresh and clean. The therapist’s expertise was evident, and products are natural and well made. I left feeling not only physically refreshed but also mentally rejuvenated. Cannot wait to visit their new location in Frisco."
