"The doctor that performed my Botox was so unprofessional and rude , he would not do where I have always had the best results instead he wanted to inject in my forehead for a brow lift I’ve never had this done before. It usually makes my brows drop , I don’t think I’m going to like the results. ? Just from past experience, I also had very strange welts bumps that were rather large come up. Yes, they went down, but it never felt like he actually injected into the muscle. It felt superficial? he also charges per area not per unit of Botox and every area he says , for instance, in performing a Broad left, he injected into the upper forehead , which, again in my experience, causes my brows to drop, not lift. The doctor got extremely upset when I asked if he could pull the units out in front of me, he did not want to bring out the bottle and do it in front of me and he got really mad when I asked him to do that which was vary strange? , if he had nothing to hide why did he storm out of the room and then say to his staff that I was annoying. He also would not honor a second Groupon that I bought saying “ Groupon is wrong in selling you this” apparently you can only use one Groupon and I think it was especially because I wanted Botox and not zxiomin he also said they are exactly the same price which is not true either. I would not recommend this place very unprofessional. I’m very strange, unlike any other med spa . I’ve been doing Botox more than 20 years."

Dr. Nguyen quickly put me at ease, he did an excellent job at explaining the process before and during the procedure. The areas were completely numb so I did not feel any pain.
