Instead of just sending us out with the sofa, loveseat, chair that we intended to buy, she asked a lot of questions, asked for photos of our room and offered to come out and measure. Lola’s intention was to help us choose the pieces that best fit our lifestyle. In my opinion, this is professionalism at its peak, and I love interacting with people who love their job and believe in the quality of their product. Lola kept in touch with us throughout the few weeks that it took to get all of our pieces in the store, in order to deliver them all at once. Same huge praise for the delivery team. Two polite, professional, helpful young men arrived, on time, to deliver and set up. Several pieces were customs and they arrived weeks ahead of schedule."
