"We had to cancel our membership because of our new baby and when we came back to activate our membership again the employee told us it’ll be 98$, 88$ for one month of membership and 10$ for activation fee but 3 days later which was the 15th they charged us again $80 and when we called them they said that employee didn’t know very well and it’s this much now. I’m really disappointed by this service they said something and now they don’t honor it. If I knew it’ll be this much I wouldn’t have signed the agreement. While YMCA is a non profit organization means they put Christian principles into their programs (it’s on their website) and if you look into your transaction type for the Y it says gifts and donations not a gym membership. That’s interesting."

"I like YMCA. Especially the ladies at the entrance they are so friendly. I sent my kid to soccer lessons and swimming lesson years ago so we decide to try swimming lesson again this summer. The only good thing about the lesson was my kid had fun with other kids. Many students in our lesson were late frequently. So was one of the female coach. Sometimes she even sneaked in the class through fence door from the back. There are only 30 minutes each class and I didn’t get why coach waited for late students to arrive then started the lessons. It’s not fair for other students. The female coaches chatted with each other during the class and complained they are so tired. Just so unprofessional. I can’t believe how disrespectful they were. Is it because your students are young and naive? You can tell some coaches didn’t even want to be there. By the way, I don’t know the coach’s name cause she never introduced herself. I hope YMCA can hire better people."

"Patrick Dukes absolutely awful. Our girls go without uniforms nearly the entire season, no team photos. Patrick responds with banning me from attending my child’s volleyball games for having spoken up for all the other disgruntled parents. What a joke. No refund, no answer for robbing all of us of what we paid for. Absolute worst sports experience we have ever been through. I suggest going somewhere they care about equality."

"Helpful and friendly staff, clean facility, and great classes to choose from. Absolutely LOVE the Silver Sneakers classes! I'm kicking myself for not getting involved in them sooner since I've had my membership at the YMCA for some time now. The instructors are engaging and the classes while gentle are very effective."
