"My sister and I did the Hera Signature service this week and we loved it!! The massage, shampoo, and customer service far exceeded my expectations. It lasted the full 80 minutes as advertised. Every single person working was SO kind and made sure the entire experience was relaxing and luxurious. I have curly (3b) hair and came with it straightened, when it was time for my blow dry the woman who did my service (who was such a sweetheart) noticed and offered to straighten it. They used a couple of products as well as the Dyson Airstrait and my hair looked great leaving the spa!! It was clear that they aren’t experts on textured hair but are putting in the effort to learn; I was definitely pleased with how my hair turned out especially since technically the service only states a blow dry at the end, not a blow out. Overall the service was wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond what I imagine other places might offer. The only critique I have is that it is quite pricey for what it is especially once you add the add-on treatments and tip (it was definitely a splurge for me) but the quality and customer service the spa provides is unmatched in my opinion. I definitely recommend trying this spa for your next self care day!!"

"I took my mom here for her birthday and we both had an AMAZING experience. The massage was excellent, and the scalp treatments and shampooing were like nothing we’d ever experienced. The steam eye mask was so relaxing, and the whole vibe was just very tranquil. It was so much better than a traditional massage. Would 10/10 recommend!"

"It’s beyond my expectations! From the moment we walked into the salon until we leave, we feel so welcome and pampered. Came here with my friend for her birthday gift and we both walked out so refresh, taken care, and our scalp feels so clean and light. I have a lot of hair but all the products they use makes my hair super shiny and glow. Manager and staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. I can’t wait to come back again and will recommend to all my friends. Great gifts if you have a special someone you want to treat them for a day of relaxation. We both fell asleep and woke up feeling so relaxed and head feels so clean."
