Long line for concession stand and the cashier was rude not our fault your coworkers weren’t helping you because they were to busy standing around gossiping it seems like he took his anger out on the customers instead smh"

"2 stars not 1 because they can still change.. Please fire the genius that decided to make the concession lines into one big snake line. It use to take an average of about 10 minutes to get snacks. We were in line for over 30 minutes and barely even got half way. We ended up watching movie with my crying kid not being able to have popcorn. We showed up half an hour before showing. Please go back to the way things were or introduce some AI to automate."

"Went last night 10/31/23 and did not have a good time! Cashier was very rude when I told him I wanted to purchase a bag of takis and said “ go get them because I still have to charge them “ I was gonna pay and then get them but I didn’t want to make the whole line again. They don’t have to go boxes or cup holders they only offer you a plastic bag! So if it rips am I getting my money back?? It gets worse I tried to pay Apple Pay when the cashier said they take Apple Pay, but it wasn’t working and the other cashier said with a tone if I have another way form of payment when it’s not my fault y’all’s system doesn’t work. Overall worst experience ever and I demand a refund !!"

"I had a great experience here watching Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) in 3D. This was also my first time visiting this theater as I have not lived in Laredo, Texas for nearly 20 years and was here visiting family during the holidays. The people at the theater are very friendly and welcoming. I had a few questions regarding the rewards program and what they mean by “no passes”, and, to that, they were, once again, very helpful and courteous. If you have any questions or are interested or curious, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask any of the staff - they are workers that actually are knowledgeable about the place they work at and seemed to be very happy in their jobs; that is the epitome of what it takes to have a successful and sustaining business. They [the staff] were also, upon asking, helpful when my hands were full and could not open the door to the auditorium where Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) was being screened.
